I have been practicing law for over 37 years, all but 2 years being in downtown Beaver Falls. While I have a general civil practice (meaning that I do not handle criminal matters), I find that my interests, expertise and experience have led me to concentrate on, and have more activity in, guiding clients in the administration of decedents' estates, drafting documents for clients that bring order to their lives (such as through Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Trusts, Deeds, and agreements of many kinds) and to their estates (such as through Wills and planning for the thoughtful disposition of non-probate assets), handling real estate closings, creating and maintaining the legal documents necessary for the conduct of business in any form (such as by sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, LLC, etc.) and pursuing collections on behalf of individuals and businesses. My years in practice have sharpened my appreciation for those areas of the law which are not particularly in my "wheelhouse" and given me the humility to readily refer clients needing representation in such areas to other attorneys whom I deem better suited to the need.
